"Will the nightmare ever end? You would think so, but it appears it won't be any time soon."

After a succesful run, I cannot believe that the Expos dropped a place to 27. It seemed inevitable that they would break out of the Bottom 5.

Are the Power Rankings cumulative? And if so, how were the Expos moving up, only to follow a successful, if not unlucky, few weeks with a move back down?
