If the Royals have a blog, so should the Expos.

Not that funny/Pas cela drôle

sPERTS.net - Bill O'Reilly leads successful boycott of Expos - Friday, May 7th, 2004:

"'Listen to these pathetic Expos attendance figures,' began O'Reilly, '4,001, 3,609, and 8,851 during the Rockies series. I' d like to congratulate my fellow Americans, along with fair and balanced Canadians, for helping us destroy baseball in Montreal.'"

But I thought I'd share it anyway.

Expos won last night. Good start out of Downs and the bats finally had a big inning, like those two they were subjected to in the Dodgers series.

Congratulations are in order: "Montreal shortstop Maicer Izturis made his major league debut after having his contract purchased from Triple-A Edmonton earlier in the day. Izturis, the younger brother of Los Angeles shortstop Cesar Izturis, singled off Tankersley in his first major league at-bat in the second." I might add, he chased Tankersley from the game with a walk after FF Jamey Carroll's single in the 6th - the 'Spos big-offense inning.

Also, does Bud want the Expos moving to D.C. if they're just going to move into RFK?

Later.
