ESPN.com - Plan misuses "moral obligation" bonds:

"McLEAN, Va. -- As baseball officials met Wednesday with backers hoping to lure the Montreal Expos to Northern Virginia, a second key lawmaker said he opposes a plan to finance a ballpark with bonds backed by the "moral obligation" of the state."

Of course, what he's forgetting here is that "moral obligation" is a term never used in relation to the Expos.

'Spos got burned last night 10-2 by the Dodgers, who had an 8-run 5th inning.

Tonight they play the 3rd game of the 4-game set. Tony Armas, Jr. will be on the mound for the home team.
