Lawsuit looming?/Apparence vague de procès?

I read something in the SF Chronichle about a pending law suit against Jeffrey Loria for negligence in running the Spos when he was in Montreal. The writer said that he suspected that it would be difficult to move the team with the law suit still looming. I am interested in learning more about this....any ideas on where to find the information?
