"Being from Montréal, I had the chance to read the followig in yesterday' s papers.( a crude translation )

Loria : A verdict in october.


"The lawsuit against Jeffrey Loria, from his ex partners, will not be resolve untill next autumn, at the very least. The 3 arbiters have ajourned for now. In august, 2 days are already reserved for testimonies. The hearings will then be suspended untill september 15th at which date, argumentation between sides will occur. The verdict to be heard in late october will be irrevocable, binding." ( Journal de Montréal)

The rest of the very short article, does not say a lot, exept that if found guilty of fraud, Loria coud pay $75 millions in damages; and, if, or, but, found not guilty he could sue for damages to his reputation for about the same amount."
